Two time biometric and at fixed time is completely an injustice not only to IITR students, it’s to entire nation.
As a scholar we work until late in the night and plug our mind out to interpret the results with that same mentality how come we show up 8.45 in the morning..

This attendance rule is one-sided; either make it a one- time exception and if two time then flexible time as availability or provide an alternative way to mark attendance like through attendance app via institute wifi (better if possible)

People are working in night too after 5:30 pm so acc to this rule no one should allow to work after 5:30 and there should also be holiday on weekends but we are having working day on Saturday too. So make it clear that after 5:30 no lab should be operatable.

Extremely important because many of us work in common labs which have classes during the day, so we accomodate by working at night. This policy is just plain problematic.
