I believe the execution of policies concerning the HOAs are inline. Thank you for the HOA meeting, the documents provided and your time.

If FHMD's 2&3 behavior damages the reputation of the Flying Horse community and, in turn, negatively impacts property values, the individuals responsible can count on being sued for damages.

I just attended the joint FHMD 2&3 Board meeting. We've got a bad situation with FHMD 2&3 opposed to full and timely funding of FHMD 1 per existing inter-governmental agreements. We need to put a stop to the divisiveness and to the lawsuits or the reputation of Flying Horse, and with that our property values, will inevitably suffer.

There are lawsuits in other Colorado communities against both Charles Wolfersberger and Paul Rufien, please do not let Flying Horse get caught up in their shenanigans. We have a beautiful community that is the best in Colorado Springs that we owe all to the efforts of the Classic Companies. Without their vision and investment, we would not have this community.

As a licensed attorney (in Arizona) I am incredibly concerned about the potentially unethical and illegal actions of district 2 and district 3 board members. If the actions are indeed proven to be fraudulent and without authority, I fully support the prosecution of the involved board members and hope that they are held civilly and (if applicable) criminally liable. If there is anything I can do to assist, please contact me.

This is about the Metro District. HOA is a separate entity.

HOA Board are responsible to the Owners. HOA Board has acted in violation of Owners best interests.

This seems to be a gross misappropriation of homeowner funds. If there are accusations, provide the proof or stop wasting our tax dollars. I would like to know how we can recall them all. I love our neighborhood and want to keep it valuable and do not wish these folks to bankrupt us and destroy the neighborhood.

I agree with other comments - we should collaborate on how to move forward. We have a great community thanks to the past efforts of Classic and Flying Horse.

Flying Horse Friends, I usually don’t participate in items of social media or discord. Also, with my circumstances, I tend to stay out of the matters of the Flying Horse HOA and Flying Horse Metro districts. With that said, enough is enough. I have heard from running and elected members, that all things Flying Horse and Classic are corrupt. I have attended district meetings, budget reviews, reviewed candidates' campaign websites, and had a conversation with one of the MD board members, before they were elected. I have heard personally from a particular MD board member, with less than four months in the neighborhood, at that time, that there needs to be change. They implied that there is massive fraud and misuse of funds. I have seen a lawsuit by candidates, now current MD board members. This lawsuit was dismissed due to a lack of evidence. It also received some stern notes from the presiding judge. These campaigning board members presented this information on their, now-defunct website, https://www.flyinghorsevotersformetrodistricttaxreform.org. FH Metro Districts 2 and 3 members say there is fraud, corruption, and mismanagement. If it is true, please, I beg you, show proof. Yet, they have not. It seems to be a personal agenda by certain Flying Horse Metro Districts 2 and 3 board members and not a representation of the taxpayers. From my interactions and observations, this was due to someone having personal issues with Classic. A personal dislike between a board member and Mr. Stimple. In some cases, their way to stack the deck to get elected. While I may not agree with everything in Flying Horse, I know what I signed up for when I moved here. I know how to discuss and mediate issues that come up. After living in the other neighborhoods in the county over the last 32 years, I took decades of savings and investments and picked Flying Horse because it was second to none. Please, FH Metro District 2 and 3, stop with the unproven accusations, lawsuits, an

After reviewing all exhibits I do not agree with the actions that FMD 2 & 3 are taking and would like them to cease and desist immediately.

We embrace the goal most of us had when we moved to Flying Horse: keep this neighborhood as a jewel within the communities of El Paso County! I agree with Bret Petersen in supporting a recall if it should come to that.

We support Classic and the vision they’ve had for this wonderful place we live in. Stop the wasted time and money!

I am happy to sign this petition because the I am not aware that the Boards of FHMD 2 & 3 have provided any understandable, justified, public statements of their goals and reasons for imposing process costs and creating discord that affects the current and long-term livability of our community.
