We shall be judged by how we treat the least among us, and that includes the homeless and handicapped and those with medical conditions preventing them from accessing washrooms other than on the streets.

people are using public stairwells in skytrain stations. How desperate they are! Not one public washroom near this skytrain with so many restaurants and shops!

I think it is a great idea and a much needed step towards helping the unfortunate people who find themselves homeless for whatever reason.
