This man took a life. 6 hears is no where near long enough for him to be rehabilitated, and allowed back into society. In all actuality, he should be on death row, or life without parole!

I went to school with Stan and he was a life-long friend of mine. He is greatly missed because his life was cut short by this murderer! He needs to stay in prison and serve out his term!

I am writing to express my deep opposition to the possible parole of Phillip Belcher, who was convicted of murdering my uncle, Stanley Kaiser, in 2018.
The violent and senseless act that took his life left an irreplaceable hole in our family and community. The pain, trauma, and loss we have endured cannot be undone, and granting parole would only compound that suffering. The severity of this crime warrants that Mr. Belcher serve his full sentence.
I urge you to deny his parole and ensure that justice is upheld by keeping him incarcerated.

Such a cold hearted crime. No deterence if parole comes early. He should serve the full sentence given lawfully by a court. Not only did he steal a man's life, he robbed his family and the community of a good man. Deny Parole. This is not a game. Actions have consequences.

No reason to consider this act of violence resulting in 18 years with hopes to be out in 6. Insulting to everyone who thinks the system should work for the victims.
He should not be free.
