Award the contract to NKLV...animals should be given a better percentage rate/hope of survival and placement in a loving home. Need a fresh breath of air in this situation, time for TAF to be replaced and/or work in harmony with the NKLV philosophy.
If the relatively small NSPCA can save, shelter, and find forever homes for animal without any government funds, imagine what a $41million contract can do if administered properly! No Kill Las Vegas can turn this mess around and set the bar for the rest of the country!
I can't physically save all the fur babies. but I hope my signature gets them one step closer to saving them all

please do not award lied animal foundation a contract as theyre practices are horrible. they do not believe in saving animals

NKLV is the way to go no kill. It works in other communities Austin, Tx for one. Why kill innocent animals. I hate going to kill shelters because I can't save them all. I can volunteer at a no kill shelter knowing we will do the best for that animal.
