Petition Summary: Our Clark County Commissioners have a choice; to award a $41 million dollar contract to The Animal Foundation, who is in poor standing in the community and averages a 57% kill rate; OR award the contract to No Kill Las Vegas (NKLV), a progressive, compassionate organization who would implement a series of life-saving programs/practices that would substantially increase our shelter's 'save-rate' with the end goal of reaching a No-Kill status, where 90% or more of the animals are saved.
