Minimum vitamin D3 intake for adults should nit be less than 6000 IU/day, based on existing science. I am regarded as an expert in the vitamin D science field.

My neurologist told me in the '90's that there was no evidence that Vitamin D was helpful for fighting MS but, in 2011, he told me THERE IS EVIDENCE and recommended 4,000 i.u./day! Canada needs to be proactive!

I totally agree that the current RDA for vitamin D is far too low.
