I need much more vitamin D than what you're reccomending. That is proved in my blood work.please reconsider this so we can keep Canadians healthy!

It is time for the Institute of Medicine to recognize that tere is a suprior database of information that is now available to them concerning the effects of & requirements for vitamin D3 by the public. Utilization of this new data would certainly assist them in improving their recommendations for optimizing health benefits.from vitamin D3.

I take 12,000 IU a day and my level just stays around 40 ng/ml so I know from personal experience 400 IU is far to low for me in Canada.
