what is wrong with this, they tell us to live healty yet they cannot keep us informed of the daily recommended allowance. We do our best to have a healthy lifestyle, but we also need the cooperation of our government (Health Canada).

Makes a HUGE difference. I take 7000 per day all winter. A little less in the summer.

Especially when you live in climates where sun becomes a premium through the winter months....seasonal affective disorder is rampant but most people don't even know about it.
