As an Albertan who takes 100,000 IU a week, my doctor also cannot get my Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy) level measured by Calgary Lab Services (AHS) any more.

please update the RDA as the present level is costing our medicare system unneccessarily

There is a lot of compelling research to suggest this is a subject worth re-evaluation. I have even had doctors suggest the RDAs are too low.

Thank You Pure North for all that you have done. The Government, Health Canada need to start listening to Canadians, Research of Natural Products..... Rather than allowing us to take these Non-Natural Meds that harm us in every way. Please, change the Vitamin D recommendation to the Prooer Amounts.

That's very important! I really find the differences in my body when I take more Vitamin D than my family doctor advised last year. It was totally changed my emotional thinking compare with years before!
