Wheelchair accessible transport is essential to enable people with disabilities to have a good quality of life. They, the government/hse, cut these funds but still pay for visits of Prince Charles, The Queen and any politician they think may be of benefit to Ireland, but we all know that they do not benefit Ireland of course

Wheelchair accessible transport is an absolute necessity to enable people with disability to live in the community. It is government policy to enable people currently living in institutional and residential care to move out in the community. This process is ongoing in many of the statutory and voluntary service providers. However all of these people with disability who are moving in the community must have accessible transport available. Government ministers have paid for transport and drivers. People with very significant disability are much more deserving of having an accessible transport service available.
