Amazing idea and we definitely need more safe spaces for dogs to be dogs!! A fenced space also provides a great spot for social training and recall.

Although Bruce pit is my back yard I agree the residents in this neighbourhood should have a safe spot for their dogs to go and not worrying about trampling small children or older children and have peace of mind to exercise their dogs!!

Westcliffe area of Bells Corners would benefit significantly from a fenced in dog park. It would allow residents of the area to exercise their pets responsibly and without suffering the fears at Bruce Pit. A well exercised pet is a happy and well behaved pet. It would be perfect for this seemingly unused plot of land to be converted for the love of our 4-legged family members.

I would love to take my dog to this enclosed area! Bruce pit is not totally fenced in which allows my dog ( and I'm sure many) wander onto to the parking lot! Also, many people do not have big fenced in backyards so this would be perfect!
