Wholly useful as a training tool for new and existing associates, this HTML script should be passed and implemented for official use as a training tool and distributed to all associates working on the T&T programme nationwide.
Champaklal Parekh, the creator of the training tool should also be remunerated for his time and effort in the HTML's creation, and also for any further updates the HTML script should need in the future of the T&T programme.

miles better than those old slides we have to use, champaklal put a lot of work in and it shows. needs to be rolled out asap

this is a great and practical learning tool which is much better then the PDF we get sent to practice mock calls with.
