This is ridiculous. Why is he being punished for a crime he did not commit? He was not there. And even if he had been...he cannot control everything other people do..he is not God.. he was just their boss.. IF in fact they did it.
It is supposed to be 'Innocent until proven guilty' NOT guilty until proven innocent. And they have not been found guilty by a court of law yet, as far as I know anyway, so at the moment there is nothing to say for sure they even did the crime.
