Recycling education should be encouraged especially with so many students from various places that may or may not understand what is recyclable.

We NEED city recycling. This is the first place I have lived where this is not offered. Most apartment complexes I have lived in have had a large recycling bin next to the one for trash. Having to drive in order to drop off recycled products discourages recycling. In a city this size and this progressive, I was shocked to see that recycling was not offered. We should do whatever it takes and pay just this small fee to save the environment that sustains us.
