We would like to respectfully raise a concern regarding the recent examination. We prepared for the paper based on the format and content that was taught to us during lessons. However, the structure and approach used in the examination differed significantly from what we were guided on.
This difference has made it difficult for us to fully demonstrate our understanding of the subject. We kindly request that our concern be addressed and that consideration be given, as we relied on the approved teaching materials in our preparation.
We are therefore seeking clarification on the expected examination format going forward and, if possible, a fair way of addressing the current situation.
We remain committed to our studies and appreciate your understanding and support.

Have an online exam or just give us the "C" for this exam....because the exam was out of content of the course... we has students studied according to how the content of the course was given , but going into the exam room to find the exam different from how the course content was given and what was taught in class..
