Our last water meter portion of the utility bill from Ammon was $220, and that was after restricting our watering to the point that almost half our lawn looks dead. Had we known that Ammon was going to start metering water and charging ridiculous rates we never would have moved into Ammon boundaries 2 years ago. I don’t understand how the City of Ammon can in good conscience charge such high rates in comparison to Falls Water.

My bill was $86 a few months ago n now my bill is $152.00 a month n is going up that pisses me off n I'm watering n taking care of wat the city owns (other side of sidewalk that belongs to the city)

The increase is outrageous.
The City Council wants Ammon to be the next Eagle Idaho. It certainly won't happen if we all let our yards die.

I went to two water meetings and as far as I'm concerned the city counsel had there mind made up before any public meeting was held, I think the counsel should step down and we vote in people who have lived here their whole life and remember what the Ammon community was before the dollar was the number one thing on all agendas.

I pay a water bill in Boise also....it is MUCH less than Ammon.

I live in a house hold of two people. this is way too much to pay for water. I feel that the city of Ammon is greedy and does ot care what they are doing to people of a fixed income. A good share of my lawn is nearly dead. ALl the nieghborhoods are started to look bad cause people can't afford to pay this much for water. It has made life miserable cause everything thinng you do that has to do with water you have to skimp. The leaders of Ammon should be ashamed of themselves. Start caring about you citiezens instead of your pocket book.
