Do not terminate the contract or pay us for June atleast

We signed a contract that was saying that we are going to work for 6 months but right now they are coming with excuses saying that we are only going to work for 5 months since well they are going to terminate our contract by the end of November.

I wish this contract might end December ...

We must receive June payment We can't work 5 months while others have worked 6 months and they have received their money

For contract to end the 31st of December not by end of November

This inconsistency raises serious questions of equity, fairness, and accountability in how the BEEI program is being implemented across provinces. It is unacceptable that we North West assistants should lose an entire month of service and income when we signed the same six-month contracts as our counterparts elsewhere. We have a right to receive an agreed remuneration on the agreed date and time ! Our Labour Relations Acts are being violated

I sign this petition based on the December stipend of the BEEI learnership of EAs and GAs in the North West Province and we hope that you extend the contract

We really need to understand what is happening here, our contracts says this then the next thing they just decided to hang and move on like nothing happened...they are even failing to draft a 6 months contract because of why? Where is the truth in our contract or is just a piece of paper full of lies ?
