absolutely agree, it's heart breaking to hear such sad news again on this road, I worry every time my 12year old wants to go to 3G I just pray and trust he always uses the underpass

I use this crossing twice weekly on a Sunday, and although there is a 50 mph speed limit ... I am struck by the number of people who ignore this ... I can only imagine how busy this is on week days when children are crossing here from the Broadfield estate .... and people are hustling to get to work!

Things have to change on this road. How many lives lost before something is done. Fed up with the excuse that the issue is cost..who has the right to put a value on just one life? Never mind another today.

Please put a pedestrian foot bridge over the k2 stretch of road. It is so scary for pedestrians. It's a fast road and one used by all ages and especially children

I think this is very appropriate, there definitely needs to be some kind of crossing for pedestrians and cyclists to be safe.

Beverley Tearle, my boy's cross this road twice a day to get to school, footbridge is definitely required for such a busy road, 2 deaths on this road is too many, we don't want anymore, signed worried parent.
