Non-tenure track faculty should get fair wages commensurate with the labor contribution they provide.

I’m a Local 6 Union Insulator our of Boston MA. Clark Knowles is a close friend of mine. He and his fellow Union members deserve to have a contract in place.

It is time to listen to the students. They are the ones living the dream and know what they need

I was a lecturer and we tried this back in 95. We tried but could not get unionized and therefore I stopped teaching at UNH because I couldn't afford to raise my two boys on my wages.

Alum & concerned primarily about fair pay for lecturers and adjuncts, but also still mad and therefore will never donate to UNH re: donations being grossly misused to pay for electronic scoreboards etc.

As a UNH alumni, lecturers were integral to my experience. Their commitment to teaching and dedication to their students added so much value to my time at UNH.

Tenured faculty need to stand with our colleagues who are adjuncts and lecturers.

As an alumni of the comp/rhet program I know how wonderful the lecturers in the UNH English program are. My fever Eng hope is that the UNH administration bargains in good faith with these dedicated teachers union and that UNH lecturers have a contract as soon as possible. 900+ days working without a contract is ridiculous, and these dedicated teaching professionals deserve a fair contract now!

Some of the best teachers that I have had -- in UNH and in life -- have been lecturers. They deserve better.

Speaking as a former UNH Principal Lecturer and a former Lecturers United negotiation team member for the contract version 1.0, I can't stress strongly enough the importance of a solid and fair union contract. It's beyond time for the UNH Administration to come to the table in good faith. The. Time. Is. Now.

UNH needs to show their commitment and appreciation to these invaluable staff just as much as they do for tenure-track professors and sports teams employees.
