Petition by the Concerned Residents of (and visitors to) Bert Whiteley Place (and surrounding streets)

They are bringing in 10 -15 different cars daily visiting house for a short time some have been seen to be drunk

I have seen young children unsupervised on the road andin danger of harm.. I am also aware of the distress caused by some of the behavior of the adults.lta

We all should feel safe in our own homes. We also should be able to drive up a public road without fear of having things tossed at our vechicles

complete disregard for their neighbors. Many times I have seen children as young as two wandering around unsupervised, adults swearing at children, rocks thrown at my car and have no incentive to live like civilized residents. The house is completely destroyed. It's just a shame and a waste of government resources and a real kick in the guts to people that have worked hard to pay to live in nice homes in a good street.

People should have to live in fear in their own home! These type of residents should be evicted if they choose to be abusiveto innocent people

i have often seen children playing on the road and they do not move out of the way when they see the car. i have had to drive around them and then they carry on and shout abuse. something needs to be done!!

Have been in the street while these tenants kids have been sitting on the roof of their garage, running around out the front throwing rocks & running on the road. It is to the point where residents have to specify to taxi drivers that they are not living at number 6 to get a taxi to their house to pick them up, or have to give a fake address when getting in a taxi to go home.

i think no one should suffer this form of torture. Our homes and safety should be a given. These people don't deserve our hard earned money.

Absolutely disgusted in what I have read about these neighbours. No one should feel unsafe in their own homes and to be threatened with a weapon has just made it all that much worse.I hope the residents suffering from such behaviour find some resolutions for this to stop.

When visiting the street I have witnessed young children (wearing nothing but nappies) playing/sitting in the middle of the road. Vehicles needed to manoeuvre around the children as they did not move when approached and they were clearly unsupervised. An obvious sign of neglect. I have unfortunately witnessed Disgusting language used by young children riding bikes around oncoming traffic. The degradation of what could have been a nice family home, highlights the occupants disrespect for there own home let alone those of other residence in the street. It is extremely unfair and irresponsible to allow the occupants to remain in the house. The other residence and visitors of the area should not need to put up with their ongoing antisocial and unlawful behaviour.

I have seen unsupervised minors playing in the s within school hours when should have been at school . ..got a mouth full when I asked them to get out of the way of my car. ..my main concern was if they were on the street and someone came into the road at speed and possibility not seeing them there could be a tragedy... major lack of parental supervision. ..from a concerned citizen. .

To think that Bert Whitely Place was a lovely quiet Street where there was no trouble,no abusive threats or damage. Over the last 2 years I have watched how this has changed, now the residents aren't even game to go out their own front doors let alone take their children out the front to play. I have watched & heard the carrying ons of this family, extended family &god knows who else that comes visiting 6 Bert Whitely Place. The residents have tried all avenues to get this problem fixed BUT no one seems to want to stand up & help them.

Being a visitor of their neighbours very frequently I have seen on almost every occasion whilst there at least one form of negative behavior. Continual swearing, yelling over the fence, throwing things that have caused damage, stealing, children young enough to still be in nappies constantly running on the road, riding bikes on other people's properties, riding bikes on the road blocking traffic. not to mention on more than one occasion seeing young children on the roof of their house. The outside of the house is filthy, constantly swinging from the clothes line. Nobody should be made to feel unsafe in their own home. Something needs to be done to remove this family and the antisocial behavior that comes with it. To have the police receive 3 complaints in one day is obviously saying that there is a problem.

I have witnessed children playing around in the cars out front and have been yelled at whilst waking to my friends house.

Upon multiple visits to a premise in this street, I have witnessed total disrespect to any other persons in the street from these tenants who do not deserve to even be on a housing list of any kind. It is an absolute discrace to our community that this has been allowed to continue despite many efforts of other locals reporting the problems. It's about time something is done about these tenants!

I have witnessed their anti social a number of times when visiting others in the area, causing trouble and confronting us about things like where to park a car and loud swearing.

Have witnessed on numerous occasions unsupervised children causing havoc & being of nuencence to traffic, trespassing on others property, swearing at people. The house itself is in terrible, filthy condition & let's down the value of others property, don't think they deserve a house like that in such a nice area that has now been tarnished by these tenants.

I have seen persons sitting on boundary fences and car roofs. Swearing at anyone passing by.
