San Marino is San marino, not Alhambra nor Arcadia. Unfortunately we see more high and crowd mansions to turn it to Arcadia, more commercials to change it to Alhambra.

We are completely against the rezoning. Even the dentist office already caused a lot of noise (dentist pump, 70db)

I do not agree with any blanket change in zoning for these properties. Any change similar to this would not benefit the community as a whole, nor the neighborhood that the properties are located in. It would increase traffic and make Huntington Drive that much more dangerous.

I believe very srtongly that the properties should remain as Zoned for Residential. The Conditional Use for which they are permitted will remain and the neighborhood will remain as is has for as long as that conditional use was approved. The present owners have the best of "both worlds".

These R-1 properties should remain unchanged. Simply correct the General Plan map. These properties were already given preferential treatment with the Use Variance and should not be upzoned against the community's wishes.

I agree that it would not be in the best interests of the residents of San Marino to change the zoning to commercial that would allow condos/apartments
