Please do what is in the best interest of the citizens of San Marino. No group within the city is more important than the whole of the city itself. Do not rezone these properties.

These properties have ALWAYS been legally zoned as R-1. There is no justification for any change in zoning.

The city of San Marino should not change the zoning on behalf of these owners.

To maintain the integrity of these residential neighborhoods, the properties identified in the moratorium need to retain their residential zoning.

To yield to outsiders (commercial building owners), at the sacrifice of insiders (residents), would be a travesty!

If Residential zones are changed to Commercial zones then Wireless Telecommunication Facilities, WTFs, can be placed on Commercial zones. Current codes restrict WTFs in Residential zones except for private and public schools.
