PETITION ( by VoCRA ) AGAINST THE SPLITTING OF VOLTA REGION

Nana Addo should stop the gerrymandering... This divide and rule strategy must stop.

The division is good....But it will bring conflicts in the near future.

Nonsense idea

I am against the decision to divide the Volta region in the name of rapid development, indeed if it is for developmental reasons, I don't think dividing the Volta region is the way to go, we want to see the commitment on the part of governments in the form pragmatic policies and programmes aimed at transforming the Volta region in terms of infrastructure and promoting economic activities to better the lives of the people of the Volta region and not dividing the region. Please, please we don't want any division.

We dont need thr volta Region to be split. What is the rationale? The Ashanti region is by far bigger and populous than ths volta region. So if any region needs to be split it must be Ashanti region.

The Volta region can be developed, using the constituencies within, if development can't be done at that level , how can it be done on a regional level ? This division of the Volta region is not necessary.

Volta is one language speaking Region, we don't need any division among us

I stand against the splitting of the Volta Region into which ever form or number. The Volta region, formally known as the Trans-Volta Togoland, has suffered enough injustice and is smaller than the Ashanti and Eastern regions of Ghana.

Pls I demand that the splinting and separation of the VOLTA REGION may be STOPPED . We the Lovely people of Ghana especially the Voltarians are do not have the biggest land surface area and we do not have the largest population either.
