I am not in favor of dividing the Volta Region. Development could still take place if the Government has the will power to do so as in the Ashianti Region.

The chief who requested this split does not speak for all voltarians!. Looking at the sizes of the Ashanti, Eastern and Brong Asafo regions, Splitting Volta Region makes no damn sense!

We should not split the VR. It's an administrative region with scale. Why will we descale it and create the risk of an tribal issue. We should be better than playing politics with tribal issues. I thought Ghana has grown past that!
