They should gain independent now

The world has been on it successful journey thanks to laws, if the world wish to succeed on this path or better than this, the various laws and international conventions must be respected thus the people of Western Togoland are entitled to the right to self determination by birth and by right and must be respected

I signed this petition for Volta with all my hand ✋

I believe Volta region should not be divided. Please Volta is not a part of Ghana.

Don't separate them for votes, it's just like any other region. If they they needed some separation it would have been done before your arrival in Ghana

We need self rule now. We can't continue to unionized with Ghana.

God grant us independence, for our well meaning, brilliant, hardworking, morally upright and energetic Volta youth to stay home and make a meaningful living than coming to Accra to waste their precious lives on the street and in lotto kiosks.

The people of Volta Ghana are peaceful people and we are loving and caring. But we are not stupid! Ghana have been bullying is for so, so long. Mr Antonio Guterres. This creating of Oti will bring conflict to the region we people of Volta we are at peace we don't want to share any one's blood on our land.... We are at peace, we are at peace, Ghana and his leaders are trying misunderstanding to the land of Volta for creating Oti we voltarians are land owners they are strangers on the land like some of us on they land

Don't partition the region.

Volta Region (Western Togoland) is not supposed to be part of Ghana but because of the fictitious referendum held made us to be part of Ghana. Even that there is no document supporting it. We are a sovereign nation on our own and so Ghana has no right to divide us. We want our independence now. The so called union with Ghana has expired.

Volta is not for split. We are united together.

I do not agree for the division the region

A trust country under UN juridiction doesn’t have nothing to do with Gold Coast or Ghana. It’s autonom country. British just trying to steal that land and add it to Gold Coast with bogus war they invented in Europe 1914. We knew now the detail of that conspiracy even with a prima facie a document that British architected to Ghana authority with details how to steal Western Togoland. British always think smarter than others but I think that time is over. NEVER THAT DIVISION OF THE REGION b’cos Gold Coast has no power over that land historically Nd lawfully.

I want UN to act immediately to avoid problem. Plebiscite can never make one territory a part of another. It is unionization that does. UN! Act now!
