This is wrong im a rushden diamonds fan and its unfair in the memory of the goal keeper , also its unfair how other 36 teams are able to have other numbers for goal keeper and thr goal keeper takibg his place will feel bad and guilty

I'm a Northampton Town Fan and as R&D are a local club, it makes this story more personal to me. It is a disgraceful act by the league and Rushden and Diamonds should definitely be allowed to retire the No.1 Shirt. Respect to whoever created this petition for doing this.
