Parking charges and penalty’s are ruining all the city’s and nice locations to visit. It’s just another way of making more money out of the working people!!

Absolutely ridiculous and counterproductive to the regeneration of the Island! It will discourage visitors and locals from coming to the Island .

Why do the council think this is ok ? The impact on the visitors to Barry island we need to attract not rob them...also country parks where we take children/grandchildren to play and enjoy the FREE fresh air are proposing we pay to play disgraceful , you are screwing ppl with council tax use that this is a big step to far !

As a Barry resident who used Barry Island often this concerns me. I am concerned a charge may dissuade people from visiting the island for recreation and the impact that may have on local business
