If the deer population is too many...let hunters deal with it. Not hired guns with no respect for the sport, the land, or the animal.

I'd set up some guidelines for the disabled to be able to have a chance to shoot some deer. Also, teach some children and new hunters about the sport, and to have respect for the deer. Some hunters could teach and help those who want to learn. I'm sure some archery shops and gun shops would be willing to help. It would feed the hungry, the abused men, women and children. We could make a difference...and help others at the same time.
