Totally disgraceful coverage of the raid on Cliff's home. You should hang your heads in shame, BBC. Of course he deserves an apology.

As an American, I always though BBC News to be the most genuine, respectable news agencies in the world, but that reputation has been damaged by this unlawful broadcast of a private residence without legal notifications, and to accompany the police on a search from an allegation and broadcast it is extremely poor taste and extremely disappointing for the entire network. You have tarnished your reputation and the very least you can do is apologize to Sir Cliff Richard. Absolutely unprofessional behavior for a leading news organization and more like a tabloid.

Agree that as we fund the BBC it is only right that they apologise in public they seem to have been let of lightly they are as much to blame as the SYP.

Its a disgrace the way they have smeared Cliff's name I reckon he ought to be suing them for a lot of money, they have put a black mark against Cliff which was and is totally unjustified xxx

this is an outrage how cliff has been treated, after all he has down for this country, the primeminister should give him a public apology to put this right or else we are going to loose the greatest entertainer this country has ever seen .
