Please sign using your full name - this can’t be attributed to a SCAS staff member as its first name only

I agree with all of these points, particularly the point regarding the team cohesion and contact. This is especially relevant in my current position as an internal Student, having regular contact with clinical and education leadership teams, This regular contact facilitates ongoing cohesive consolidation of learning and mentorship. For these reason I also belive this trial will be detrimental to new starters, NQPs and external students.

Whilst not adverse to a MB AfB, I wish for it to be my choice to do so! The lack of provision for safe and respectable storage of food has not been addressed despite multiple vehicle updates.

This is a unfair treatment, going to effect some people, and no way of keeping food cold In the trucks

Unfair length of trail does not cater for crews that have to prepare and heat food wether for financial or health reasons

This isn’t being put into place as a welfare issue for crews, this is a money saving scheme that will see more crews finishing late every shift as they’re out of area or miles from base!

Could not agree more with the above. This will be catastrophic

When will employers realise that reducing morale increases sickness and staff turnover?

This change has not been made with staff welfare in mind. It has been made to save money and time, at the detriment of staff welfare and we have not agreed to this change.

This shows how lowly we’re thought of, get food out of a vending machine. Employ more call takers / dispatchers and CSD staff and we wouldn’t be going to half the jobs we go to, nor will we spend 2/3 of the shift travelling. Sort out the problems higher up before picking on us.

This is the most ridiculous idea. This risks staff welfare by poor food storage conditions, and not everyone can afford to buy meal deals etc on the move and the idea that we can use vending machines and pot noodles etc what sort of health promotion is that. Disgusting and shows how little SCAS care about staff

The more they push, the more they will keep trying to push, until they reach breaking point.
