each other contribution in an organization must balanced.. not the top person ask lower staff to do that and this.. help each others would help lessen the burden of each other..

Burden for the doctors to handle all the medicine. Its better for them to focus on their patients only and list the medicine that good for the patient.

why bother opening pharmaceutical schools to students if in the future a non-pharmacist will their work? it is like you are getting rid of all the medical careers and giving the responsibility to the doctors.
