I'm not a medical person but having lived overseas I truly hope that our law makers can benchmark the amendments with practices in advanced countries. We can surely strive to be a first world country

Needless to say, this is pure bias to GP. Next, aren't we supposed to move forward and work more efficiently? This is just a fall back in medicine industry. Really disappointed with this law.

I believe that those who made this or essentially agree on this should look at the bigger picture.
1)Health care is not about one way communication where any health care professional gives instruction and the patients follow it. The so called consumers should be encouraged to involve in their health care discussion and realise that potential errors can be made in any part of their treatment process.
2) Saying that to fight for consumer's right while putting their life in danger is essentially a fake justice.
3) Why not follow the latest evidence to avoid medical error and to improve public health outcome and quality of life when we urge to become developed country?

Not supporting this. It's like putting patients life in risk as we all aware various side effects can be caused by certain medications.

Leave it to the experts. Pharmacists are doing their best serving patients too. If the service could be improved, why don't we let it happen?
