There are a lot of medicines out there and the most qualified to dispense them are pharmacists. A doctor's should know the medicine to prescribe but may not know the side effects with other medicines. It's not their area of expertise.

It is risking consumer's health and ignoring the international benchmark of pharmacist. It is unethical where people will start making money without abiding the moral ethical. Internationally, it is not gonna happen and it may results Malaysia turn into international jokes again after various scandals in recent years.
