No commercial zoning at that intersection, detracts from the land values of the neighborhood. We purchased last year and would not have purchased if we had known a commercial property practically in our backyard.

Why do we need commercial on this residential property on a green way when Town Center is vacant and an eye sore?!

This is not an appropriate loacation for commercial development. It is in the middle of where people live and is also right on the greenway.

As residents of Bella Vista we stand against the commercialization of our neighborhoods. We are asking the BV Planning Commission to vote against the request to rezone parcel 16-20950-000 to commercial.
