Stop allowing the greedy politicians to ruin communities in this state. There is no shortage in housing..it is an affordability crisis because developers want to buy it all!! Save our community!!

No medium to high dense housing in this rural area.

I do not support medium to high density housing in this area mostly because of the traffic issues when needing to evacuate.

The City of Hemet cannot take care of the roads and infrastructure it has. In no way would this rezoning amendment help the Hemet community.

Save the properties and the beautiful Ranch homes. Absolutely NO to Rezoning. Stop the incessant apartment building. This does not help the community or retail business, low-income housing, or traffic! This is just straight Profiting Greed. When these developer are finished building here, they will move on a look for another opportunity to build and profit, regardless of how it inconveniences the residents! Vote No!

I recently bought a house here (my first!) on 22 acres, to move away from a densely populated area, only to find out this may become that. Please keep this area rural! There are plenty of new apartments and condos being built, as well as vacancies within the Temecula city limits! Keep the rural area rural. Displacing the wild life and building in an area that does not have the infrastructure to support a high density living situation is a bad idea all around!

Please consider the horse ranches & wineries. We already have too much traffic. Please keep the beauty of this land as is.

Enough is enough. We need Supervisors that will put a moratorium on any new housing developments. No more toilets, strain on the electrical grid and pollution from traffic.

In addition to destroying this rural area and replacing it with high density and in regard to Wildfires, Professor Char Miller, Pomona College professor of Environmental Analysis, had much to say during the LA fires in Jan. He talked about how gov. officials need to focus on vegetation management and wildfire prevention rather than leading people into fire zones. Professor Miller is a straightforward, tactful speaker. He would be a great speaker addressing the effects of high density with little regard for the danger it can result in uncontrolled devasting wildfires that can destroy an entire community.

We don’t want to be part of the city. We want our rural lifestyle. If we wanted to live within the city we would have moved there.

This type of planned development will destroy our beautiful valley And allow urban sprawl to continue!
