Petition Against Fueled Farm Brewery- Middleburg, VA

Not a farm. Not a brewery.

Please don’t turn our beautiful countryside!

Not needed and will ruin entrance to Middleburg

Development can be handled appropriately but this is not the right approach. Too much activity for a confined space.

Unfortunately the beauty and tranquility of this area will forever be changed if this is approved. Parking up to 150 cars assuming 2 people in each, gets us to 300 individuals. Hours (generally they say) go to 8:30pm and in the winter, it is very dark at that time. 150 cars exiting the proposed facility after "tasting" beers is a safety risk for all people traveling along the road. Rather than introducing a business in such a low density and tranquil area, why not re-use an existing site better suited for a brewery, 150 vehicles, and 300 people with existing infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, electricity, etc..).

Breweries have no place near farms or other possible habitats for wildlife. They bring noise, traffic, and irresponsible behavior to quiet area. They should be located near higher populated areas that have resources to deal with any issues that may arise.

This is just wrong on so many levels!

Strongly oppose.

I have a hard time understanding why anyone would want to endanger and change the countryside beauty and character of the Middleburg area. Really a bad developmental idea.

Enough already!

Over-crowding for the land size and certainly more than just a brewery.

Too much traffic for an already overburdened traffic situation in Middleburg .

stop the growth and expansion NOW!

This is a disaster in the making.

This is Wrong on so many levels! Wake Up Everyone - This Needs to Be Prevented for all of Middleburg.

This business model does not meet the agricultural land use criteria.

we have too many brewerys. I believe all these tasting sight incourage drinking and driving

This plan works against the common good and is unnecessary commercalization of the approach to Middleburg.

Inappropriate use on a small access road Please refuse this application.

This retail project in incompatible with the area and could very well endanger the considerable investment in the traffic calming project on Route 50 causing congestion and sprawl in a rural area.
