The Middleburg and surrounding area is known, and treasured for, its rich history and vast rural surroundings; it its important that it be protected for current and future generations. Please oppose this Farm Brewery as it would most definitely negatively impact RT50 traffic as well and disrupt the current rural residential area.

Very opposed to the location of the proposed brewery yet another one in between a winery and a brewer and cidery within half a mile. It will add traffic, accidents on Rt. 50, and deplete water in the area that has water shortage. Breweries use up an enormous amount of water and the water table problem is common concern for all the neighbors who have wells and with the 38 houses springing up next to the brewer the demand for water is a chief concern. Drunk drivers exiting the proposed property site onto Rt. 50 pose a hazard to traffic what is a busy highway. The proposed large size parking lot adjacent to the property will be the opposite of bucolic country side visitors come for transforming the agricultural plot into a used car lot. The noise carries through the country side unlike in an urban area where this brewer belongs, and the noise pollution will be harmful to nearby horse farms. I strongly oppose this commercial development and Scott B. can take his idea to a different location far away from Middlburg. Stop this development! Thank you!

Please stop opening so many business’s in our small town. It causes over population and horrid smells in neighborhood.

This proposed Brewery is not in keeping with the rural character of the village, is superfluous, given the number of breweries, cideries and wineries already around Middleburg, and will be very dangerous abutting the unlimited access road that is Route 50. It should be rejected.
