Our faith is being mocked by these bishops, they instead of professing the True faith and preaching repentance to the heterodox and call them to return to the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church (*catholic meaning whole and universal in greek), the Body of Christ, they engage in common prayer and treat them as brothers and sisters in Christ, which is blasphemy and a lie both in relation to the heterodox and to the Orthodox, how are the heterodox going to return to the True Faith when they are being confirmed in their heresy?! Ecumenism destroys the meaning of the Church as the Body of Christ that is always One and states that there are various churches that need to unite, this goes against all the Ecumenical Councils, Local Councils and the teachings of saints.
Love and unity has to be in Truth which is Christ Himself.
We need to stand up and say no to these bishops who without our consent trample upon Christ and His Church, they behave like only they represent the Church, this makes them no different from the catholics where the Pope decides everything, we are all members of the Church and we have to protest when heresy is being preached, silence in this matters is a sin.
Please sign this petition to express your protest to these heretical actions, I want to spread this petition to all Orthodox jurisdictions/dioceses and monasteries so they can be aware of this issues but first they need to see that many people signed it so they would have the motivation to condemn these ecumenists.

May God have mercy, and keep us all on His Holy Path.
Orthodox Christian living in upstate NY. It seems that so many things I and others learn In our catechisms are not applicable somehow to these bishops which they are not mine but they are harming the faith of those that they oversee. I cannot judge them I am just a lay person but I pray that Christ changes their hearts that they either persuade those they seek to pray with to Orthodoxy or they pray for them individually like all of us who even having protestant and Catholic friends do the same daily where we pray for them but not in conjunction with them. We are closed to the time of anti Christ and these eccumenical prayers do nothing but invite modernization and innovation into the Church which would only destroy our faith that Christ has established and the Apostles have preserved for us.

Enough with these compromises. The bishops are selling out our tradition for nothing. Stop the ecumenism now!
