Major hypocrites! The main owners of Fish and Fins are Tova and Navot Bornavinski, from Israel. Mrs. Tova Bornavinski is famous for preaching about saving Palau environment. She is a leader of Micronesian Shark Sanctuary, and recently was on National Geographic promoting Marine Sanctuary. Now they trying to get greedy and are willing to ruin the environment so they can get a beautiful part of Palau to grow their business. Heard Francis Toribiong is no longer part of Fish n fins and now the Bornavinskis have new Palauan partners and one partner is the director of the Palau marine sanctuary.. So much greed and corruption in Palau. These people aer hypocrites. The Palauan lady who represents Bornavinski's to change zoning in the bay has company that is based on environmental protection. smh. What a shame.

Certainly a short-term exercise in terms of any benefit but with long term detrimental impact.

If we do this our reefs can die. The spike of tourism will go up and it's good for business, but the real question we should be asking ourselves, Is it worth it? Will it be worth it to kill our habitat, the nature that Palau provides for its marine and land life? Think about it. Having such business that will overflow our island will have its pros and cons. I am against the building not only for myself and people but for the mother nature and it's beautiful production because without it, we will not have coconut trees to eat and drink it's fruit or the many trees and animals that provide's our country with beauty. Sulang and may we fight against whatever and whomever to protect our land, our oceans and animals because these are the things that we need to voice for they don't have mouths to speak for themselves but the people who will protect them and voice their concerns.

If this development is allowed, the rest of Palau's protected areas could be sacrificed for development too as this sets a precedent. I don't think that Fish n Fins tell the truth about what their aims are and their willingness to follow laws is also questionable.

There's plenty of other areas that can be developed. Please leave Nikko Bay alone!

With all the other developments happening in Palau, it would be a responsible choice to keep the places that are secluded and undeveloped to stay that way. I believe a majority of people, locals and tourists alike would agree. Let's not make this about business, but look at the big picture and think long term. Keep Palau pristine!
