We are already paying for this service with a 3% rise in council tax! Where will this end next the council will be charging for green bins as well! How much will it cost for the council to clean up all the fly tipping this will cos?

I seldom use mine so am not paying this charge and its ridiculous how theyve paid off contractors who used to empty the brown bins!!!

You may uplift this bin as i only use it about 3 times a year i never asked for it so come and lift it

Badly thought out by the council, expecting the public to fund for their years of being run inappropriately, running up massive debts etc.

Definately not in agreement with this charge , little enough services from Highland Council still awaiting ceiling repair from almost 18 months ago through no fault of mine

We pay enough in council tax without an extra charge, especially when we don't use our brown bin as often as our other bins. (2-3 times a year) It's ridiculous the council are trying to scrape money from people for nothing. No need !!

We have seen council tax rise and now this, cut the number of councillors and stop paying them expenses that will save money.
