This £30 charge for brown bin collection is ridiculous and watch loads of fly tipping happen because of this.

Absolute disgrace....we pay enough council tax and with the 3 % increase we are paying more than enough to cover the cost.

Rubbish will be dumped in streets if this charge is carried out just like the charge for special uplifts. The rise in rubbish since it was implemented is very obvious

As I already commented in the Full Council I am opposed to his charge, it may only work out to be 8p per day but this I feel is a stealth tax as people are already being charged for the uplift of their bins I myself will be writing to the council leader and speaking with the council lawyers.

What savings have been made since the centralisation of the fire and police services,almost 5 years ago? Council tax hasn't come down and no mention anywhere of where these savings have gone!

Grossly unfair, its included in the tax we pay already, people will just bag it up & put in ordinary waste bins, defeating the object of why we have separate bins!

I will not be paying any more money for my brown bin to be emptied as we already pay for our bins to be emeptied in our council tax bill . The cheek the the council trying to con folk out of more money .

What are we paying council tax for 'Services', and uplifting Bins regardless of colour is part of that service.

I already pay full rent and I pay my council tax. Uplifting bins is already a part of council tax and we shouldn't be charged again. I for one will not be paying this.
