Brown bin, it's only the beginning. Grey box next, then blue bin, then green. Once they start the will be no stopping with additional charges.

i fully support this petition. highland council are already charging us more for reduced and often very poor services. we should not have to pay even more.

Come and collect your brown bin from our house or we will start charging you storage fees of £10 a week

Why should we be penalised for recycling? There's plenty who don't even bother with their blue and food bins either so why should we pay extra for doing our bit for the environment.

Fly tipping will increase, people will clear less of their gardens knowing it won't get taken away. Low income families cannot afford this, Inverness will become a mess.
