I strongly object to this potential development. This will adversely impact pollution, traffic, amenities and wildlife.

I oppose this vast increase in housing in the area. A huge loss of green belt and habitat. School places will be at an even higher premium. Traffic will be increased further. More accidents around Jn24 of M62. Construction vehicles, noise and dust nuisance. Reduction in house values. What will these buildings/houses be used for? Social Housing etc??!!

Poor road networks little public transport in the area will add to increasing traffic on narrow unsuitable roads a basic lack of infrastructure off a road labelled as one of the most dangerous in calderdale

Protect green spaces and redevelop all the plenty of old and abandoned and disused brownfield sites in this area. A bit of care and consideration is needed. While old characterful buildings crumble through neglect, what little nature is further threatened through cheap, poor quality, unsustainable and unimaginative properties.

Terrible to hear the blight on my childhood home. I fought it as a child when they threatened my football play area and so I'll fight as an adult too.
