We are very much against this development in our immediate northland area. This is not the kind of gross we need to help the northland flourish. It will only drag us down.

This is not a good idea we have several low income/HUD complexes in this area, this development needs split up and disbursed not relocated to create blight in our area.

This will do nothing but bring our property values down.

Per KC Star: "Many residents of Chouteau Courts health and educational challenges, and only 14 percent are employed."
From what I understand these individuals are part of the ones being placed into this development

No, this shouldn't even be an issue. Leave the development where it is!

This development will increase crime in our area. We already have section8 and HUD housing. Why are we not represented by our city council officials and notified of thisl.

Not a good project for the northland, Streets, schools and resources can not handle this , they can't even handle what we already have. 64154

This project will not be good for the Northland. Nothing good can come out of this. The city needs to fix the problem rather than just move it...

Resources, infrastructure, and local economy are unable to support this project. People didn't spend $250k minimum on their homes to have their community wrecked.

Do not overload the schools! Especially with those that don't pay taxes. Don't increase the crime rate more than it already is. Don't hurt the businesses in the Northland and don't lower our property values!

I don't think tis housing development would benefit the northland. This is a bad idea and I think the Northland residents should have a say of what"s being built around them!!!
