This would be horrible for people that live here and drive down property values. We moved north of the river and out of the city for a reason.

I do not want this in my area. We purchased our home because of the Solitude and peace and quiet. If you're going to put in a housing subdivision with 70 to 100 cars additionally to are tiny roadways, you need to create as many access points for our neighborhoods as you do the new development. Currently, all of us have one way in, and one way out. This is one of many things that would need to change before this development is placed here.

Before you try this anywhere in the Northland, You(The city of Kansas city, MO) need to fix the infrastructure, and provide services (ie police, fire, sidewalks etc) all though the Northland. We pay our taxes to, and south of the river is not the only part of Kansas City that needs to be taken care of.

64151. Not in any way is this the right location. No side walks east of platte purchase, dangerous intersection for families to be living on, schools are overcrowded, the high school is in platte city with many people only able to use public transportation. This housing plan is a bad idea will bring lower home values as well as crime.

Its not right moving people from bad neighbor hoods into decent quiet areas with good schools. It won't be such a good place to live if this happens

The Platte Purchase corridor between Barry Rd. and 79th Terrace cannot sustain multi-family dwellings. Any effort to place high-density dwelling in this neighborhood should be and will be opposed.
