This is why decent neighborhoods go to crap...... you take nice subdivisions and build public housing and income based housing around them.

If you want to live here in the Northland and enjoy all that comes with it, you should earn the money it takes to buy a home or rent a nice apt. Why should it be given away to folks that have created the most dangerous area in the united states. Independence avenue and Paseo! That has been one of the most dangerous projects for crime the city has ever seen. We were able to move out of that area through hard work and sacrifice. So should they.

We already have too many high density housings and apartment projects in the Northland.
Just a way to push poor folks out of the city and build more luxury condos for the rich, leaving the northland to clean up the mess it creates.
