What does this proposal entail to address the main roots of problems necessitating this relocation? (i.e. Crime reduction, vocational training, public transportation, transitional assistance). It's more than just transplanting people to a new location with a vastly different vibe/culture than what exists on Paseo and Indep Ave.

Why would we allow this to happen, I do not want my property values to spiral down and I definitely do not want the crime that comes along with this!

Downgrades neighborhoods that respect their property. Take a look at waukomis and Englewood. It needs to be torn down also. To bad that most who move to these communities don't care how they live.

Platte county RIII high school can't handle the growtg we are experiencing now. This development would be disastrous for the students and teachers in PCRIII.

All this will do is bring crime to the area, and lower our property value.
