This would be terrible for the community! It should not be allowed in our area needed for other important things such as fire, police and education.

This has been a very quite area to live in and safe. If this takes place I'll be forced to move so that I will feel safe.

Very concerned about the impact on Pathfinder and Barry Middle School. This is not an ideal location for this development. Developers need to look elsewhere where it makes more sense.

This is NOT fair to those who paid premium price for a house in this school district to have values plummet

I am a home owner in this are that just recently had vandalism from local kids. I do not want to be in a situation where more crime is brought into the area along with much lower property values. I will fight this any way I can. I am a single woman and have security on my home now. I don't want to bring more potential crime into the area. Have you seen the murder rates coming out I the area of town we are speaking of? I paid a lot f money to be in a safe area and I *DO NOT Accept this***!!!!

Yeah put people out where there is no public transportation to find jobs, go shopping, health care, etc.. yeah real smart Kansas City. Dumb Ass's. Pick an area south that has all that. This is still a very rural area, compared to the intercity, with most things not within walking distance.

This money should go to the neighborhoods off Paseo Ave. and Independence Ave. Revitalize downtown, where the money is needed. Kansas City North or the Northland will be fine without this money or this project.

I agree with the tenets of this petition as the available information for this proposal does not adequately inform how they plan to solve the issues represented here. Moving people simply to move them with very little access to jobs, food, and medical care is unwise.

This would lower the home values in the surrounding area and increase the crime rate.
