Why would we want this in the Northland? Wouldn't this land be better used by building a neighborhood that can contribute to the tax base?

Absolutely NOT! Do NOT build this monstrosity in the Northland! It will only decrease our property values and lead to further congestion and higher crime rates!

I already see crowded classrooms and lack of resources. We have enough criminal activity in the Northland, don't add to the situation. Say no to building.

Think we don't need this in an affluent area and the crime that goes with it thanks for your consideration

I am against this plan. Do not allow this development to occur in the northland as it will lower housing values and increase crime.

I moved to this area to escape the high density housing areas closer to the city. This area does not have the infrastructure or facilities to support high density housing. Do not allow this project to happen.

Please don't build this development. It will decrease our housing values and make it unsafe for not only us but our children growing up in the Northland.
