This plan seems to not have been thought through. People living in and participating in a high crime area are dumped into high density housing in a different location. What does that do but bring the crime to the Northland. We are not equipped to handle the crime, the schooling, the increased traffic, increased police force.

This area shoul be single famil homes! We have more than enough traffic issues on Barry Road! Property values go down and for those of us retired and maybe will need to sell will get screwed for are hard work and out greatest investments! HUD properties are not taken care of!

We have to keep this type of housing out of our area or it will impact our home values and school ratings. With subsidized housing brings additional crime the northland doesn't need!!!!
